01About these terms
These terms apply whenever you browse visionscale.me or work with vision, a design studio based in Beirut, Lebanon that designs and builds websites and related digital work. By using the site or our services you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

03Information on the site
Everything on this website is general information about our studio and our work. It is not an offer. The services, price, timeline and scope of any project are only fixed once they are set out in a written proposal, quote, invoice or agreement.
04Working together
Good work depends on timely input. You agree to send us the content, materials, approvals and feedback we need when we need them. Where these arrive late, delivery dates can move accordingly, and vision is not responsible for delays that follow from them.
05Scope of work
Each project covers the work described in its proposal or agreement. Anything beyond that scope, such as new pages, features, revisions past the agreed rounds or changes of direction, may need extra time and fees, or a separate agreement. We will always review and confirm extra requests with you before starting them.
06Payments
Fees, deposits and payment dates are set out in your proposal, quote, invoice or agreement. vision may pause work, or hold back final files, credentials or launch, until amounts that are due have been paid in full.

Ownership of and rights to the work we create for you are set out in your agreement, and pass to you only once all fees for that work have been paid. Third-party items used in a project, such as fonts, stock media, plugins or libraries, stay under their own licences.
08Content you provide
You are responsible for any text, images, logos, data or other material you give us, and for making sure you have the right to use it and that it is accurate and lawful. vision does not check the ownership or accuracy of material supplied by clients.
09Deleting your project data
You can ask us to delete business information or conversation history connected to your project by contacting us through the details below. We may first need to confirm that the request comes from you or from someone authorised by your business.

Projects often rely on outside services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, social platforms and software libraries. vision does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing or policies.
11Showing our work
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, vision may show finished work, the project name and your logo in our portfolio, on social media and in other marketing.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, vision is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid vision for that specific service during the three months before the event that led to the claim.
13No warranty
This website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work carefully, we cannot promise that the website or any delivered work will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
14Separate agreements
